This role sits at the intersection of engineering, AI systems, and customer delivery, focusing on deploying advanced AI agents that transform how enterprises manage customer experience workflows. You will work directly with enterprise clients to translate complex business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI solutions. The position involves designing, configuring, and optimizing AI-driven automation systems that improve resolution speed, containment rates, and customer satisfaction. You will operate in a highly technical, fast-paced environment where you own deployments end-to-end, from discovery through launch and iteration. This is a hands-on role that blends coding, systems integration, and customer-facing problem solving. You will also collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to shape the evolution of an agentic AI platform based on real-world deployment insights.
- Own the full lifecycle of AI agent deployments, including discovery, scoping, configuration, launch, and continuous optimization.
- Design and implement agent workflows, decision logic, and automation behaviors to ensure accuracy, reliability, and strong business outcomes.
- Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems such as CRMs, ticketing platforms, telephony tools, and data systems.
- Implement guardrails, validation mechanisms, and safety frameworks to ensure predictable and compliant AI agent behavior.
- Translate customer requirements into structured technical implementation plans and clear documentation.
- Partner with customer technical stakeholders to define success metrics and deliver implementations within agreed timelines.
- Conduct testing, validation, and iteration cycles to ensure production-grade quality of deployed solutions.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback loops that improve platform capabilities and scalability.
- 5+ years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Technical Project Manager.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in coding, APIs, and system integration.
- Proven ability to deliver production-grade enterprise solutions with testing, validation, and iterative improvement.
- Experience working with enterprise stakeholders and translating business needs into technical execution plans.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership expectations.
- Strong communication skills, especially with senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects.
- Experience working in global delivery environments and flexible time zones (including EST hours).
- Experience building with LLMs, AI agents, or prompt-based systems is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS integrations (CRM, ticketing, data pipelines) with attention to security and compliance.
