Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operation of the Pro Shop and Golf Course
• Perform bookkeeping duties on daily charge tickets and daily long sheets
• Provide Customer Service for the Homeowners, Members, Tenants and Guests
• Assist customers in loading/unloading golf bags to and from automobiles, club storage and golf carts
• Maintain flow of players on the Golf Course
• Assist in the merchandising and restocking of the Golf Shop
• Assist in the preparation of tournaments and special events
• Provide customer support in the USGA Handicapping system
• Perform minor club repair and grip replacement
• Maintain club storage, golf cart storage and club rentals
• Clean and prepare golf carts
• Perform simple housekeeping duties
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Support all Quail Run Company Policies and Procedures; Ensure that all legal requirements are consistently adhered to

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Basic bookkeeping knowledge
• Basic computer knowledge
• Basic cash handling accounting, disbursement, and accountability
• Exceptional customer service skills; Basic golf knowledge
