Summary of Position
Achieve stated Pro Shop, Golf Course and Quail Run Association goals while providing the highest standards of customer service and courtesy; Performing additional duties, assigned or apparent, which must be accomplished in order to meet this responsibility.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills

- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Experience with handling cash drawer, counting change and basic accounting skills
- Basic knowledge of golf
- Basic computer skills
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operation of the Pro Shop and Golf Course
- Perform bookkeeping duties on daily charge tickets and daily long sheets
- Provide Customer Service for the Homeowners, Members, Tenants and Guests
- Assist customers in loading/unloading golf bags to and from automobiles, club storage and golf carts
- Maintain flow of players on the Golf Course
- Assist in the merchandising and restocking of the Golf Shop
- Assist in the preparation of tournaments and special events
- Provide customer support in the USGA Handicapping system
- Perform minor club repair and grip replacement
- Maintain club storage, golf cart storage and club rentals
- Clean and prepare golf carts
- Perform simple housekeeping duties
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Support all Quail Run Company Policies and Procedures; Ensure that all legal requirements are consistently adhered to
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic cash handling accounting, disbursement, and accountability
- Exceptional customer service skills; Basic golf knowledge

Physical demands
