Key Objectives- Verify and validate data entries for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data quality.
- Review and cross-check data from various sources to confirm accuracy.
- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in datasets.
- Enter and update information in databases and systems with precision.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to clarify data-related issues.
- Generate reports summarizing verification results and highlight areas of concern.
- Adhere to data protection policies and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data management processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, verification, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with database software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or office setting.
