Office Assistant
Location: Mitchell, SD
Full-time, $17 / hour

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with their needs.
- Direct and transfer calls throughout the dealership to specific departments or personnel as requested by the customer.
- Schedule appointments and provide status updates. Communicate updates with all departments.
- Collect customer payments via online, phone, or in-person.
- Manage all detail tickets.
- Photograph all customer vehicles prior to being washed.
- Track and manage drop off and pickup of all vehicles utilizing shared spreadsheets.
- Help deliver vehicles as needed.
- Assist in monitoring and fulfilling supply orders.
- Utilize and manage shared computer spreadsheets and documents
- Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly manner.
- Clearly communicate messages as needed to sales, parts, and service.
- Various duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Requires 2+ years of relevant business experience, or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education in business and experience.
- An innovative self-starter
- Proficient in multitasking
- Computer-savvy, with a willingness to learn new software
- Exemplary customer service
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
- High school diploma or equivalent
