As a Seasonal, Leasing Office Receptionist, you will help support leasing operations by serving as the first point of contact for clients, delivering a warm, organized check-in experience, and accurately capturing guest information. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused team player who thrives in a fast-paced office and wants exposure to the residential leasing process.
What you will do:
- Greet and invite clients into our office as the first point of contact at the reception desk.
- Verify client information during the check-in process and input guest information into our Residential Management System with specific details regarding the prospect's apartment search.
- Answer tenant questions and concerns regarding the leasing process.
- Maintain and replenish client areas (office lobby) and employee areas with office supplies, refreshments, and marketing materials
- Monitor and manage multiple email inboxes, responding to and expediting inquiries in a timely manner
- Additional duties may be assigned by Supervisor.
What you should have:
- A “can-do attitude” with the ability to multitask and remain calm under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Personable and outgoing who naturally has the ability to connect with all people and creates memorable interactions.
- A Team Player who does not hesitate to step in wherever needed who enjoys being part of a winning team.
- An effective communicator who loves naturally conversing with people and understands the importance of listening.
- Versatile and able to adapt to a variety of tasks and situations in order to perform the duties of the job.
- Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail
- Receptionist or customer service experience.
- The ability to work weekends (required)

Rate per Hour: $22.66
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
