Job Summary

The Warehouse & Field Operations Associate plays a key role in supporting both warehouse operations and delivery services. Most work is performed in the warehouse during the week, with required deliveries every weekend and occasional weekday deliveries depending on business needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and variety in their day.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations, including gear preparation, organization, and inventory support

• Load, unload, and stage equipment for deliveries

• Assist with the delivery and pickup of beach gear on weekends and some weekdays

• Drive company vehicles after training is completed

• Learn and follow proper trailer attachment and safety procedures

• Communicate equipment or inventory issues to warehouse leadership

• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the warehouse and field

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required

• Ability to back a trailer

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on your feet for extended periods

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Flexible schedule with weekend availability

Please note that the job site for this position is located at 1069 Driftwood Drive, Manteo, NC 27954. Candidates should be able to reliably commute to this location for scheduled shifts
