We are seeking a personal trainer to work with male members in our Men’s Fitness Center. This role is ideal for someone who values strong relationships, thoughtful programming, and working with a motivated, established clientele. Trainers operate as independent contractors and are compensated based on personal training revenue ($50-$75/hr).

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver safe, effective, and individualized one-on-one personal training sessions
- Help members improve strength, mobility, and overall quality of life
- Build lasting relationships through professionalism, trust, and consistency
- Communicate clearly about scheduling, goals, and progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and billing
- Follow club policies and uphold the standards of a private club environment
- Collaborate with club leadership and fitness staff to create an exceptional member experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Current nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certification
- Minimum of 2 years of personal training experience
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence
- Personal liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
- Experience working with middle-aged and older adults
- Background in joint health, movement quality, and progressive strength training
