- Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and guest accounts
- Verify and balance all revenue and settlement accounts
- Prepare daily reports for management review
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have - Assist with guest reservations and inquiries over the phone or in person - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Skills:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
