Lead Growth Marketing Manager (Remote)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Growth Marketing Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will take charge of enhancing the pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and will contribute significantly to the brand's market reach and impact. Your innovative approaches and willingness to challenge conventional methods will help drive growth in a dynamic environment. Collaborating with Sales, Account Management, and Leadership, you'll define target markets and experiment to identify successful strategies, aiming to convert existing client satisfaction into substantial growth.
Accountabilities
  • Own the SQL number; define SQL criteria with Sales and report progress clearly.
  • Build and run experiments across various channels including paid, SEO, and email.
  • Manage paid acquisition efforts in platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and optimize WordPress landing pages and conversion funnels.
  • Conduct SEO audits and create content that targets potential customer inquiries.
  • Implement lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture leads to qualified conversions.
  • Maintain analytics tracking and develop dashboards to understand performance.
  • Model budget forecasts and reallocate resources toward effective strategies.
  • Document processes and share insights to elevate team performance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B growth or demand generation.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting cost-per-SQL and pipeline goals.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and GA4.
  • Proficiency in WordPress and using Gravity Forms for landing page creation.
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution models and funnel metrics.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, spreadsheet management, and communication.
