Bartenders for 2026 Golf Season (Part time and Seasonal Positions) at SRCOG LLC – Northbridge, Massachusetts

Shining Rock Golf Club is a premier public golf course located in Northbridge, Massachusetts. Our food and beverage team supports daily clubhouse operations as well as a wide range of events throughout the season, including golf tournaments, leagues, corporate outings, weddings, and private functions. We are seeking professional and dependable bartenders to provide excellent beverage service to our everyday guests while also supporting bar service during tournaments and special events.

The Bartender is responsible for providing high-quality beverage service to guests in the clubhouse and during tournaments and special events. This role requires strong hospitality skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
  
• Provide friendly, professional service to guests at the bar and during events
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
  
• Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws
  
• Process payments accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures
  
• Assist with setup and breakdown of bar service for tournaments and private events
  
• Monitor guest experience and maintain a welcoming clubhouse atmosphere
  
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
  
• Uphold Alliance Golf standards of professionalism and hospitality

• TIPS certification REQUIRED
