What You Will DoMaintain and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment to ensure reliable operation
Diagnose and repair major mechanical and electrical issues on production machinery
Troubleshoot minor automation and control issues including PLC logic and HMI systems
Install and wire electrical components and troubleshoot electrical panels up to 480 VAC
Install and program VFDs and other drive systems
Adjust and set sensors and assist with camera and vision systems
Lead line setups and product changeovers while supporting production operations
Complete preventive maintenance tasks accurately and on schedule
Mentor and guide junior technicians and assist with technical troubleshooting
Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement projects
Track and report electrical components used for maintenance and repairs
Escalate downtime issues when necessary and help return production lines to a run-ready state
What You NeedHigh School Diploma or equivalent required
Technical or vocational training preferred
3–5 years of manufacturing experience
3–5 years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience
Strong ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
Experience troubleshooting electrical systems and using electrical testing equipment
Knowledge of industrial safety practices including NFPA electrical standards
Ability to work in a team environment and mentor junior technicians
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
Work EnvironmentThis role works in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and precision are essential. Technicians may be required to stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs while working with manufacturing equipment and electrical systems.
