Working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, compliance, and commercial teams, youll shape product vision, prioritize roadmaps, and ensure strong governance and data integrity. The position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, particularly in managing vendor-supplied data and external data partnerships. Accountabilities:- Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for analytics and data products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Partner with engineering, analytics, and data science teams to deliver scalable, high-quality data solutions.
- Oversee vendor-supplied data products and external data partnerships, ensuring reliability, value, and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Ensure adherence to data governance standards, auditability requirements, explainability frameworks, and permissible data use policies.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions for internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Monitor product performance metrics, identify opportunities for enhancement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product management with a focus on analytics, data platforms, or data-driven solutions.
- Strong understanding of data governance, regulatory compliance, auditability, and explainability concepts.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party data partnerships.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and customer-focused solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, legal, and commercial teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable operating in regulated environments with evolving compliance requirements.
