We are currently seeking a Dental Patient Access Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others access quality oral healthcare.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school graduate or equivalent
2. Professional office and/or customer service experience
3. Basic office skills such as typing and filing
4. Ability to travel between MHK and JC clinics, as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bi-lingual
2. Dental treatment scheduling experience
3. EHR software experience
4. Experience professionally discussing financial status and arrangements with patients
5. Dental insurance processing and pre-authorization experience
