This hands-on role allows you to shape the clinical experience through technology while conducting user research and iterating based on feedback. Accountabilities- Design end-to-end experiences for core workflows related to dental practices.
- Take ownership of defined problem areas or features from conception to execution.
- Create thoughtful interaction flows and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and iterate on designs.
- Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback to improve quality.
- Engage in user research and usability testing to inform design choices.
- Grow your ownership over problem framing and solutions with support from seniors.
- 3-5 years of product design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating execution and problem framing.
- Experience designing complex workflows or systems, preferably in healthcare.
- Proficiency in interaction design, visual design, and usability principles.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and integrate feedback effectively.
- Strong communication skills to justify design decisions based on user needs.
