Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage core commerce platform partnerships (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and ecosystem partners that support customer activation, feed management, onboarding, and performance workflows.
  • Drive adoption of commerce products and dynamic product ads by increasing activation, catalog coverage, and conversion signal quality.
  • Operationalize go-to-market motions across commerce platforms and partners, including enablement, incentives, co-marketing, and scalable activation programs.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to influence integrations, APIs, and workflows, improving catalog ingestion, reporting, and conversion tracking.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Adoption teams to identify priority customers, support activation strategies, and develop scalable playbooks for growth.
  • Define, monitor, and report on commerce KPIs, including active customers, catalog health, activation speed, and revenue impact.
  • Represent the commerce partner voice, manage escalations, ensure privacy and compliance alignment, and provide ecosystem insights to guide strategy.

Requirements:
  • 68 years of experience in commerce partnerships, platform ecosystems, or e-commerce management.
  • Proven experience working with commerce platforms and supporting ecosystem vendors (feeds, onboarding, attribution, agencies, tooling).
  • Strong understanding of catalog feeds, conversion APIs, pixel/CAPI integrations, and dynamic product ad workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive product adoption and revenue through partner integrations.
  • Cross-functional execution experience, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Metrics-driven operator with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience designing partner programs, activation incentives, or scalable GTM motions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with commerce ecosystem apps, partner programs, and merchant onboarding is desirable.

Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range: $189,900$264,600 USD.
  • Equity opportunities in the form of restricted stock units.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • 401(k) plan with employer match.
  • Home office support and workspace benefits.
  • Personal and professional development funds.
  • Paid volunteer time and flexible vacation policies.
  • 4+ months paid parental leave.
  • Remote work flexibility within the United States.
