Position Summary:
Siena Woods Care Center is a full-service nursing facility specializing in complex care. We are committed to providing high-quality clinical and rehabilitative services in a compassionate, supportive environment designed to meet the evolving needs of our patients and residents.
As an STNA at Siena Woods, you'll provide individualized, high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. You'll play a key role in creating a positive, home-like environment where residents feel supported, respected, and cared for.
Essential Responsibilities Include:
  • Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
  • Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships with residents and their families.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the Charge Nurse.
  • Accurately take and document vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators.
  • Support nursing staff during treatments, procedures, and emergencies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment.
  • Participate in care planning and communicate relevant information to the healthcare team.
  • Attend staff meetings, ongoing training, and assist with surveys and quality assurance activities.
What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Completion of an approved nurse aide training and competency evaluation program
  • Valid STNA certification (meeting state and federal requirements)
  • Previous experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication skills and a caring, positive attitude
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and meet physical demands of the position
  • Must be able to speak, read, and understand English to ensure safe resident care
