About the Role:
As a Leasing Consultant at our apartment community, Arbor Trace, in Wilmington, NC, you will be the ambassador between our residents, the public, and the community management team. You will be the heart of our community, bringing people and lifestyles together. Key Responsibilities:
  • Results Driven: Focus on achieving results and doing the right thing in all aspects of your role.

  • Resident/Client Insights: Go beyond expectations to ensure the best resident experience.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Be a market competition guru, knowing features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Adapt your leasing presentation to secure a “yes.”
  • Follow up and build rapport naturally.
  • Plan and host exciting resident events and on-site activities.
  • Adhere to company policies, tenant and housing laws, and lease provisions.
  • Maintain accuracy and quality in administrative tasks.
  • Manage property social media to company standards.
  • Take on additional duties as requested.
  • Maintain high leasing, occupancy, and retention rates, even during construction.
  • Show loyalty and care for your teammates.
  • Ensure reputation scores meet or exceed industry standards.
Qualifications:
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Proven track record in customer service or sales.
  • High school education or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and intrinsic motivation.
  • Experience with Yardi or property management software is a plus.

Pay: The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from$18 to $20 per hour. The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
