Case Manager at Distro – Mexico

A growing personal injury law firm is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join the team. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients navigate the legal process.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

What Youll Do:

Manage case files in our Case Management System (Casekeeper) and keep records organized.

Track client medical treatment and coordinate with providers to obtain records and billing.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and review documentation for accuracy.

Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and clients (Spanish bilingual preferred).

Prepare demand packages and assist attorneys with settlement negotiations.

Gather evidence such as police reports, photos, and supporting documentation.

Provide regular updates to clients and support them through the claims process.

What Were Looking For:

Experience in personal injury pre-litigation (preferred).

Knowledge of HIPAA and medical billing in Florida.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

English Proficiency: Advanced (C1)

Proficiency with Casekeeper, Outlook, Microsoft 365, and Teams.
