This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives on experimentation, measurable impact, and full-funnel ownership. You will lead growth initiatives across acquisition, conversion, and pipeline generation, making strategic decisions that directly influence revenue. The position requires optimizing paid channels, launching new campaigns, and refining marketing funnels while collaborating closely with sales, product marketing, and operations. You will continuously test and scale programs, analyze performance, and implement improvements across digital and account-based channels. This is a hands-on role with high visibility, offering meaningful ownership today and clear room to grow as the organization expands.
Accountabilities:
  • Design and execute growth marketing strategies across the full funnel to drive leads, demos, opportunities, and revenue contribution.
  • Manage paid media campaigns, optimizing performance and budget allocation while testing new acquisition channels.
  • Build and improve account-based marketing programs and lifecycle nurture sequences for target audiences.
  • Optimize funnel performance, conversion rates, demo booking flows, and handoffs to sales teams.
  • Track campaign performance, run structured growth experiments, and use data to prioritize high-leverage opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Marketing Operations to align on ICP targeting, campaign execution, and reporting.

Requirements:
  • 47 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation.
  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns with measurable ROI accountability.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, buying committees, and pipeline mechanics.
  • Ability to connect marketing initiatives directly to revenue outcomes.
  • Comfortable working closely with sales teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, with analytical and experimental mindset.
  • Preferred: experience in B2B SaaS, proptech, or multifamily real estate; copywriting for conversion-focused messaging; familiarity with outbound marketing at scale.
