About This Position
About the Role
This is not a traditional administrative position.
We are looking for a high-performing, detail-oriented operator to serve as the right hand to our General Manager. This role is built for someone who thrives on structure, execution, and accountability — someone who can bring order to complexity, protect leadership’s time, and ensure priorities actually get done.
You will play a critical role in driving daily execution, improving internal systems, and keeping leadership aligned and focused on what matters most.
If you are someone who naturally takes ownership, solves problems before they arise, and operates with urgency — this is a high-impact opportunity.
What You’ll Do
Executive & Calendar Management
- Own and manage the General Manager’s calendar with precision and foresight
- Coordinate meetings, priorities, and scheduling across leadership and sales teams
- Prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure follow-through
Operations & Execution
- Translate leadership priorities into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Track ongoing initiatives and ensure deadlines are met across teams
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps — and help solve them
- Act as a central point of coordination across departments
Data, Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools
- Analyze key business metrics and provide actionable insights
- Utilize advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data modeling, etc.) to support decision-making
Systems & Process Improvement
- Develop and improve workflows, systems, and organizational structure
- Create clarity and consistency in how work gets executed
- Maintain clean, organized documentation and tracking systems
Office & Administrative Leadership
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative structure
- Maintain organized systems for files, materials, and internal resources
- Ensure a professional, efficient, and well-run office environment
Special Projects
- Support high-priority initiatives directly from leadership
- Take ownership of delegated projects and drive them to completion with minimal oversight
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized, structured, and process-driven
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analysis required)
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into insights
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and acts without being told
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ownership
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Likes being the person who “keeps everything running”
- Takes pride in execution and organization
- Wants exposure to leadership and business operations
- Is looking to grow into higher-level operational or leadership roles
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation based on experience
- Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO)
- Direct exposure to executive leadership
- Clear path for growth within a scaling organization
- A team that values accountability, performance, and results
