We are seeking a motivated HR & Talent Coordinator to help support our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
You’ll be joining the team at Reid Petroleum, a locally owned and operated company that proudly supports the communities we serve. Through our network of Crosby’s Stores convenience stores and petroleum distribution operations, our team works together every day to deliver outstanding service and a welcoming experience for both our customers and our employees.
As part of our HR team, you will play an important role in recruiting great talent, welcoming new employees, and supporting team members throughout their employment journey. What You'll Do
- Support full-cycle recruiting including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
- Help deliver a welcoming new hire orientation and onboarding experience
- Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality
- Serve as a helpful point of contact for employee HR questions
- Assist with HR reports, documentation, and communications
- Support employee relations activities and maintain confidential records
- Partner with managers and HR team members to ensure smooth HR operations
- Assist with community hiring events and recruiting initiatives

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
