- Develop and lead the enterprise-wide data strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives and strategic priorities
- Collaborate with executive, product, and engineering teams to identify data requirements, deliver robust solutions, and provide actionable insights
- Establish and maintain data governance, quality standards, and consistent definitions to build trust and reliability in analytics across the organization
- Lead, mentor, and scale a diverse team of data professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and data literacy
- Oversee analytics practices across the organization, including reporting, metrics, and real-time event data analysis to support decision-making
- Serve as a strategic advisor on the use of data to inform content, subscription, and business strategies
- Drive adoption of modern data technologies, including data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and advanced analytics tools
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in data-related roles (Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics), including 2+ years in senior leadership or management overseeing multiple data functions
- Proven success in defining and executing enterprise-level data strategy and roadmap in a high-growth or complex organization
- Strong expertise across the analytical stack, with experience in modern data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery), ETL/ELT practices, and real-time data environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for executives and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing, cross-functional data teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience with high-volume, subscription-based or digital media analytics is preferred
- Strong technical fluency and understanding of data governance, quality, and analytics best practices
