This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-profile global partnership with a top-tier GSI, driving strategic alignment and revenue growth on an international scale. You will act as the primary bridge between the company and its partner ecosystem, designing and executing go-to-market strategies that accelerate sales and expand market influence. This position requires collaboration across multiple teams and time zones, engaging executives and stakeholders to achieve measurable impact. Ideal candidates are seasoned alliance leaders with extensive experience in enterprise software partnerships and a proven track record of influencing senior executives. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment where strategic thinking, relationship-building, and results orientation are critical. Success in this role directly contributes to shaping the global partner ecosystem and driving scalable growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Architect and execute the global go-to-market strategy with Accenture and other key GSIs to drive revenue acceleration
  • Manage the full lifecycle of partner-sourced opportunities, including pipeline creation, co-selling, and global deal execution
  • Collaborate across functions such as marketing, customer success, and sales operations to ensure seamless execution and order booking
  • Represent the organization in executive-level discussions with global partner leadership, building credibility and trust
  • Drive partner-influenced revenue and exceed quarterly targets
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within the partnership to expand influence and maximize impact
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across regional and global teams to ensure partner success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in partner management or alliance leadership within enterprise software
  • Proven track record of building and scaling global partner ecosystems, ideally with Accenture or other top GSIs such as IBM, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, or PwC
  • Deep expertise in cybersecurity, identity management, or related domains preferred
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders globally
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term results and long-term growth initiatives
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment with multiple priorities
