At Daxko, we’re on a mission to help health and wellness organizations build stronger communities. The Customer Experience Enablement Manager plays a key role in that mission by making it easier for our customers — and our teams — to learn, adopt, and succeed with our products.
In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between our product teams and the people who use our software every day. You’ll turn complex product updates into clear, helpful resources that empower customers to find answers quickly and confidently. If you enjoy simplifying the complex, spotting patterns in customer needs, and building scalable solutions that improve the experience for thousands of users, this role is a great fit.
- Become a trusted expert in your assigned product areas and stay closely connected to how they evolve
- Own and continuously improve knowledge base content, ensuring it’s accurate, easy to find, and genuinely helpful
- Create clear, user-friendly documentation, including articles, guides, and video resources for both customers and internal teams
- Translate product updates and new features into accessible content that supports adoption and understanding
- Participate in sprint reviews and release sessions to stay ahead of what’s changing
- Audit and refine content regularly to keep everything current and aligned with the product experience
- Deliver enablement sessions and resources that help customers get the most value from our solutions
- Identify trends in customer questions and support data, then turn those insights into scalable self-service resources
- Use digital adoption tools like Pendo to provide in-product guidance and support
- Structure and tag content to improve searchability and support AI-powered knowledge systems
- Collaborate across teams to ensure a consistent, thoughtful enablement strategy
- A strong customer-first mindset and a genuine interest in improving the user experience
- The ability to break down complex concepts into simple, clear, and actionable content
- Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
- Experience identifying patterns in customer behavior and turning them into meaningful improvements
- Familiarity with knowledge base platforms, digital adoption tools, and AI-supported systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years in product enablement, documentation, knowledge management, customer education, or a related field
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Implementation, or Support teams
- Hands-on experience contributing to or managing knowledge bases or help centers
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Forethought, or Salesforce
- 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment focused on enablement or documentation
- Experience with tools like Pendo or other digital adoption platforms
- Familiarity with AI-ready content structures or knowledge systems designed for automation and search
- A collaborative, people-centered team that values clarity, curiosity, and continuous improvement
- The opportunity to shape how customers learn and engage with Daxko products at scale
- Work that directly impacts customer success and satisfaction
