About This Position
The Graphic Designer supports NRS Digital Media’s marketing and sales efforts by producing clear, consistent, and high-quality visual assets used by marketing, sales, and internal teams. This role focuses on execution within established workflows, ensuring assets are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with commercial priorities.
The ideal candidate is a dependable, detail-oriented designer with strong production skills, good visual judgment, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Design & ProductionCreate digital assets including campaign visuals, sales one-sheets, email templates, social media graphics, in-store screen content, and website visuals.
Design presentation materials such as sales decks, proposal slides, and internal materials.
Produce print-ready files when required, including event signage and sales collateral.
Apply established brand guidelines consistently across all materials.
Support sales and marketing teams by producing visuals that clearly communicate value, scale, targeting, and measurement.
Translate structured data, metrics, and concepts into easy-to-understand visual formats such as charts, diagrams, and infographics.
Adapt core assets for different audiences, including brands, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Manage assigned design requests from intake through final delivery using established processes.
Track tasks, deadlines, and approvals using Monday.com.
Update project status and asset tracking documents using Google Sheets or shared files.
Communicate clearly if inputs are missing, deadlines are at risk, or priorities conflict.
Maintain organized design files using approved naming conventions and folder structures.
Ensure final assets are saved correctly for reuse and future reference.
Archive outdated assets to keep active folders current and easy to navigate.
Tools & Platforms
Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for daily design work.
Build and update presentations using Beautiful.ai or other approved presentation tools.
Support basic motion or animation needs when required (experience is a plus, not required).
Collaboration & Feedback
Work closely with marketing, sales, data, and product teams to understand requirements.
Incorporate feedback efficiently and manage revisions without disrupting timelines.
Maintain professional, respectful communication across teams.
Continuous Improvement
Suggest and implement improvements to templates, layouts, or workflows that improve efficiency and clarity.
Stay current on design best practices relevant to digital media and advertising.
