Warehouse Technician at Gold Medal Pools – Lewisville, Texas

Job Summary

Gold Medal Pools is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by managing materials, equipment, and inventory in a safe and organized environment. What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials and orders for job sites and deliveries
• Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient storage and easy access
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring materials are handled properly
• Track inventory movement using internal systems or ERP software
• Perform routine inventory and cycle counts to maintain accuracy
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Support field teams and other departments with material needs
• Follow all safety protocols and report any issues or concerns promptly

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving materials, etc.)
• Experience with warehouse operations or equipment is a plus

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift certification a plus).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to lift heavy items (typically up to 50 lbs) and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
