• Lead the transition from legacy systems to a modern microservices architecture
• Design and implement scalable backend and frontend solutions using Node.js, .NET, and Angular
• Drive the adoption of AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality
• Establish and enforce best practices for coding standards, testing, and documentation
• Accelerate development cycles through automation, CI/CD improvements, and efficient workflows
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and hands-on guidance to team members

• 7+ years of backend development experience with Node.js and/or C#/.NET technologies
• 4+ years of experience with Angular and modern frontend frameworks
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture and API design
• Proven experience improving development efficiency using AI-based tools (e.g., code assistants, automation)
• Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis
• Familiarity with messaging systems like RabbitMQ and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
• Strong problem-solving skills, business-oriented thinking, and leadership capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English
