This role sits at the core of shaping how complex operational challenges are transformed into clear, impactful product experiences within a fast-scaling, real-world service environment. You will be responsible for defining and structuring high-value product opportunities that directly improve operational performance, efficiency, and user experience across multi-actor workflows. Acting as a key connector between field operations, engineering, and product leadership, you will translate ambiguous, high-impact problems into well-defined product directions ready for execution. The position requires a strong ability to navigate complexity, balance technical constraints, and design end-to-end experiences that work in real operational contexts. You will play a critical role in ensuring that product decisions are grounded in field reality and deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a highly hands-on and strategic role where your work directly influences how teams operate in the field and how value is created at scale.
- Frame and structure high-impact product opportunities in collaboration with product leadership, aligned with operational KPIs such as revenue, efficiency, and cost-to-serve.
- Lead deep discovery work with field engineers, operations teams, customer success, supply teams, and clients to understand real-world pain points.
- Translate complex operational problems into clear problem statements, scoped opportunities, journey maps, and product bets with defined boundaries.
- Design end-to-end user and operational flows, including interaction logic, system behaviors, and edge cases across multiple stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency and coherence of user experience across complex, multi-role workflows and interconnected systems.
- Use prototypes, structured artefacts, and collaborative workshops to align stakeholders and define system behavior.
- Link product initiatives to measurable operational and financial outcomes to ensure clear business impact.
- Work on initiatives such as operational signal monetization, AI-driven workflow optimization, and improved field decision-making tools.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Product Management, Product Design, or similar roles involving complex system or workflow design.
- Proven track record of working on B2B, operational, or workflow-heavy products with multiple stakeholders and constraints.
- Strong ability to structure ambiguity and transform unstructured problems into actionable product direction.
- Experience working close to technical teams and understanding system constraints and trade-offs.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset with the ability to break down complex environments into clear models.
- Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous contexts with high ownership and accountability.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Pragmatic, outcome-oriented mindset focused on impact over process or documentation.
- Ability to work autonomously in fast-moving, evolving environments.
- Bonus: experience in field operations, logistics, industrial, or service-based product environments.
Benefits:
- High-impact role with direct influence on real-world operational performance and business outcomes.
- Strong autonomy and ownership in shaping product direction and solving complex challenges.
- Opportunity to work on applied AI and operational systems used in live environments.
- Remote-friendly work setup within Europe.
- Fast-paced environment focused on learning, execution, and tangible impact.
- Collaborative culture that values initiative, clarity of thinking, and practical problem-solving.
- Strong focus on personal development and internal growth opportunities.
