Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking askilled Maintenance Technicianto join our team atPost House Jackson, a 150-unit community in Jackson. What Youll Be Doing
  • Complete service requests quickly and efficiently
  • Turn/make-ready apartment units for new residents
  • Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances
  • Interior/exterior painting and repairs
  • Maintain grounds and common areas
  • Conduct preventative maintenance
  • Keep shop and work areas clean and organized
  • Participate in rotating on-call schedule (1 week every 2 weeks)
What Were Looking For
  • 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
  • HVAC/EPA/CPO certificationspreferred
  • Valid drivers license required & reliable transportation
  • Availability: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM + on-call rotation every other week
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Plumbing (including copper pipe work)
    • Electrical repairs (outlets, fixtures, switches)
    • Appliance repair
    • Carpentry, drywall & painting
    • Water heater systems (gas & electric)
