You will oversee corporate systems, manufacturing technology environments, cybersecurity readiness, and end-user support across a fast-growing organization. - Define and execute enterprise IT and information security strategies across corporate offices, manufacturing sites, and distributed teams.
- Lead and develop a high-performing IT organization covering support services, infrastructure, endpoint management, and operational technology.
- Oversee employee devices, collaboration platforms, SaaS applications, identity access controls, and cybersecurity practices.
- Manage service desk operations and improve employee experience through responsive support and efficient internal processes.
- Ensure reliability of office technology, meeting room systems, networking, and workplace infrastructure.
- Build resilient IT capabilities across production and logistics environments, including hardware, connectivity, and systems access.
- Own IT budgeting, vendor management, asset lifecycle programs, disaster recovery planning, and compliance readiness.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to support secure, scalable customer-facing hardware deployments.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Proven success building or scaling IT organizations in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Strong expertise in enterprise networking, VPNs, SSO, endpoint management, SaaS ecosystems, and cloud collaboration tools.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or operational technology environments such as production systems, scanners, kiosks, or hybrid infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, device hardening, access governance, and compliance programs such as SOC2 or ISO 27001.
- Strong financial management skills with experience owning budgets, vendors, and technology investments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Preferred qualifications include MDM platform expertise (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, Soti), ITIL or PMP certification, or experience shipping hardware products to customers.
