- Respond to inbound calls from Medicaid providers and clients, providing accurate information on eligibility, claims status, and program inquiries
- Assist with issue resolution and escalate cases when necessary to ensure timely and effective outcomes
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems and call logs
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments or specialists as needed to support resolution
- Maintain required performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and attendance standards
- Follow established procedures while ensuring compliance with program and service guidelines
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support continuous service improvement
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a call center or client-facing environment
- Prior Medicaid or healthcare-related experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes in a structured environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document information
