This role sits at the intersection of enterprise SaaS sales and the multi-family property management industry, focusing on driving both new business acquisition and account expansion. You will play a key role in accelerating revenue growth by engaging senior decision-makers and demonstrating the value of a sophisticated AI-powered marketing platform. The position requires a strong mix of strategic selling, relationship building, and industry fluency in property management challenges. You will manage a balanced portfolio of hunting and expansion activities, with a strong emphasis on pipeline generation and quota achievement. Working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that maximize client value. Success in this role directly contributes to scaling adoption across large, multi-location property organizations.
- Own and grow a portfolio of multi-family and property management accounts, driving both retention and expansion revenue across existing clients while actively acquiring new logos in the space.
- Spend a majority of time (up to 70%) prospecting and developing new enterprise opportunities, while also managing renewal and upsell activities within the existing book of business.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, influencers, and end users within property management marketing and operations teams.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and maintain a strong, healthy pipeline with disciplined forecasting (minimum 3X pipeline coverage).
- Partner closely with SDRs, customer success, and internal support teams to ensure a seamless client experience and resolution of customer needs.
- Track performance, pipeline health, and forecasting data using CRM and sales tools, providing consistent updates to leadership.
- Stay informed on product enhancements and market trends to position solutions effectively and maintain competitive advantage.
- 5–7 years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS sales, account management, or enterprise business development roles.
- Demonstrated success working with property management, multi-family housing, or closely related verticals is strongly preferred.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with experience using CRM tools for pipeline and account management.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
