Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Associate to support marketing and communication activities for our power conversion business across our market segments in telecommunication, industrial and data center. This entry-level role is ideal for a strong communicator who enjoys working with people, is eager to learn technical concepts, and wants to grow within a technology-driven and high-growth company.

The successful candidate will support website content, social media administration, industry event coordination, and marketing program execution, while working closely with the R&D and engineering teams to communicate complex technical topics clearly and accurately. This role will report to the Marketing Communication Director and be located at the OmniOn Power HQ in Plano, TX.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Communications & Digital Presence

  • Support company website content creation, updates, and maintenance, including product pages, technical content, and marketing collateral.
  • Assist with social media channel administration and ongoing maintenance, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Help manage digital marketing assets and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of published materials.

Industry Events & Program Support

  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
  • Assist with logistics, marketing materials preparation, and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Support marketing programs and campaigns, tracking timelines, deliverables, and documentation.

Technical Content & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to learn product features, applications, and technical concepts related to power conversion technologies.
  • Translate technical information into clear, accurate, and engaging marketing and communication materials for different audiences.
  • Support creation of presentations, product briefs, technical summaries, and promotional content.

General Marketing Support

  • Assist with internal coordination across marketing, sales, engineering, and external partners as needed.
  • Support organization of marketing materials, databases, and shared resources.
  • Perform other marketing and communication tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness and ability to learn technical topics and work closely with engineering and R&D teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a disciplined manner.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Internship or academic experience in B2B, industrial, or technology marketing.
  • Basic familiarity with website CMS tools, social media platforms, or marketing software (training can be provided).
  • Interest in power electronics, energy systems, or industrial technologies.
