This leadership role owns the vision, strategy, and execution of a high-impact mobile application that sits at the center of a personalized digital healthcare experience used by over 100,000 customers. The Director of Mobile Product will define and drive the roadmap for a critical post-purchase platform that enables users to manage, optimize, and personalize their hearing journey. This role blends data-driven product leadership with deep user empathy, ensuring that mobile experiences directly improve real-world outcomes. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, audiology, customer experience, and regulatory teams to deliver seamless, compliant, and high-quality mobile features. The environment is fast-paced, mission-driven, and highly cross-functional, with a strong focus on experimentation, iteration, and measurable impact. This is a highly visible role reporting to senior product leadership and shaping the future of connected healthcare experiences.
- Define and lead the mobile product vision, strategy, OKRs, and roadmap based on customer insights, behavioral data, and business goals.
- Own prioritization and delivery of mobile features that enhance the post-purchase experience, improve engagement, and drive better customer outcomes.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, QA, audiology, and customer experience teams to execute the product roadmap and maintain a strong, data-informed backlog.
- Use quantitative analytics and qualitative user research to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and continuously refine product direction.
- Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, grooming, and cross-functional coordination to improve delivery efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with regulatory and compliance stakeholders to ensure adherence to FDA requirements and quality system standards.
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing strategies to support hypothesis-driven product development and continuous improvement.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders across the broader ecosystem to align product direction and share roadmap vision.
- Ensure mobile experiences integrate seamlessly with connected devices and supporting hardware ecosystems.
- 10+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on mobile applications.
- Proven experience building and scaling connected products, ideally involving Bluetooth or wireless technologies in consumer electronics or wearable devices.
- Strong background working with cross-functional engineering teams across mobile, hardware, and firmware environments.
- Deep experience with agile product development, backlog management, prioritization frameworks, and sprint execution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Amplitude, Segment, or similar platforms to drive data-informed decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and hypothesis-driven product development.
- Strong user empathy with the ability to translate customer needs and feedback into product direction.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior leadership.
- Comfortable operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments, ideally with exposure to healthcare or FDA-regulated products.
- Competitive compensation package with a target annual salary range of $170,000 – $200,000
