This is a senior finance leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end financial performance management across multiple markets within a large-scale, mission-driven organization. The position plays a critical role in connecting operational execution with financial strategy, ensuring that market-level insights translate into accurate forecasting, planning, and decision-making at the enterprise level. Acting as a key partner to market leadership teams and corporate FP&A, the role enables stronger visibility into performance drivers, margins, and growth opportunities. It requires a blend of strategic finance expertise and hands-on analytical leadership in a complex, multi-market environment. The position also oversees and develops a team of finance business partners, shaping financial discipline and operational accountability. - Lead and develop a team of Finance Business Partners supporting regional markets and functional areas, ensuring high-quality financial support and leadership.
- Serve as a strategic financial advisor to Market Presidents, senior executives, and operational leaders across multiple business units.
- Own market-level financial performance management, including KPIs, margin analysis, service line economics, and operational financial drivers.
- Oversee monthly financial reviews, performance reporting, and executive-level analysis of risks, opportunities, and key business trends.
- Lead annual operating planning (AOP) and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment between market inputs and corporate financial assumptions.
- Partner closely with Corporate FP&A to consolidate and integrate market-level insights into enterprise financial planning.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that support growth, efficiency, and margin improvement.
- Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend corrective or growth-oriented actions.
- Drive consistency and rigor in financial reporting, forecasting methodologies, and business performance tracking.
- Build and strengthen a high-performing finance organization by coaching, mentoring, and developing future finance leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including strong exposure to finance business partnering roles.
- Proven experience working with senior business leaders in a complex, multi-market or multi-site environment.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, margin drivers, and operational finance principles.
- Experience in healthcare, services, or similarly complex operating environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing finance teams.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced financial modeling and data interpretation capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems/tools.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments with competing priorities.
- Competitive salary range: $136,000 – $190,000 based on experience
