Global Lead, Digital Site Operations

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Global Lead, Digital Site Operations in United States.

This senior leadership role is responsible for defining and executing the global strategy for digital infrastructure deployment across new, expanding, and transforming sites worldwide. It plays a critical part in ensuring that all technology foundations—networking, cloud connectivity, compute, storage, and end-user services—are delivered consistently, securely, and on time across global locations. The role requires building a scalable operating model that supports rapid business growth and complex site transitions. You will oversee end-to-end infrastructure readiness, aligning technical execution with business expansion plans and enterprise architecture standards. Operating in a highly collaborative and global environment, you will coordinate cross-regional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. This is a high-impact position that shapes how digital capabilities are deployed and operationalized across the organization’s global footprint.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the global strategy for digital site operations, establishing a scalable framework for site deployment, expansion, relocation, and transformation.
  • Develop and maintain standardized global site build models, including architecture, deployment sequences, readiness criteria, and acceptance standards.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of infrastructure delivery for new and evolving sites, ensuring alignment with business timelines and operational requirements.
  • Oversee regional teams and external vendors to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery across all geographies.
  • Establish repeatable deployment processes, including runbooks, provisioning workflows, testing standards, and operational handover procedures.
  • Manage dependencies across networking, cloud, compute, storage, security, telecom, AV, and operational technology environments.
  • Build governance structures ensuring clear roles, accountability, decision-making frameworks, and adherence to global IT and security standards.
  • Own vendor relationships and infrastructure deployment budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and scalable global partnerships.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder interface with business leaders, PMO, facilities, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, IT deployment, enterprise technology delivery, or similar large-scale environments.
  • Proven experience managing global or multi-regional infrastructure programs, including site builds, expansions, or transformations.
  • Strong technical understanding of networking, cloud platforms, compute/storage systems, and enterprise digital infrastructure.
  • Experience working with vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional global teams in complex environments.
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across technical and business leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable operational frameworks, governance models, and standardized deployment processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from approximately $138,000 to $172,000 USD annually.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions and employee stock purchase program.
  • Flexible time off policy, paid holidays, and additional floating days.
  • Generous parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers.
  • Flexible work arrangements supporting work-life balance.
  • Wellness and employee assistance programs.
  • Tuition assistance and professional development support.
  • Additional financial benefits including HSA, FSA, and commuter support options.
