Job Description

Product Manager, Ad Management & Inventory Management

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager, Ad Management & Inventory Management in Spain.

In this role, you will define and drive the product strategy behind large-scale ad publishing and inventory systems that power one of Europe’s leading digital automotive marketplaces. You will work at the intersection of product, technology, operations, and data, ensuring that vehicle listings are accurate, fast, and optimized across multiple markets. Your work will directly influence how efficiently cars are published, discovered, and sold, impacting both customer experience and business performance. You will operate in a highly data-driven environment where continuous experimentation and iteration are key. This is a cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with engineering, data science, and commercial teams. You will help transform complex operational workflows into scalable, productized solutions that support rapid marketplace growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and evolve the product strategy for ad management and inventory systems, ensuring efficient, high-quality vehicle listings across multiple European markets.
  • Design and improve ad publishing workflows to enhance speed, accuracy, and overall marketplace performance.
  • Identify friction points in inventory flow and develop scalable product solutions that improve operational efficiency and conversion outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and operations teams to deliver impactful features aligned with business goals.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key product and business metrics to guide prioritization and continuous optimization.
  • Translate complex operational and business requirements into clear product specifications and actionable engineering backlogs.
  • Manage roadmap planning and backlog prioritization for a dedicated engineering squad.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within marketplace, inventory-heavy, or platform-based environments.
  • Strong experience working on data-driven products, including integrations, data pipelines, or systems focused on data quality and scalability.
  • Proven ability to build internal tools, operational platforms, or B2B2C systems rather than purely consumer-facing applications.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as operations, commercial, engineering, and data science.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to identify problems, opportunities, and product improvements.
  • Proven experience managing product roadmaps and backlogs in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work across the EU
  • High-impact role with direct influence on revenue and operational performance
  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of product, data, engineering, and operations
  • Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment within a leading European tech organization
  • Collaboration with highly skilled international teams
  • Employee discounts and regular team events
  • Dynamic, data-driven culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement
