A state-of-the-art facility in Duncan, SC is hiring Structural Welders for a 1st shift opportunity. This is a direct hire (full-time) position. Pay is competitive and based on experience.

• Perform GMAW (MIG) and FCAW (Flux Core) welding on structural steel components
• Weld plate, angle, channel, I-beams, gussets, and assemblies in multiple positions
• Complete welds in accordance with WPS, drawings, and customer specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and welding symbols
• Prepare materials including cleaning, grinding, and fit-up
• Inspect welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards
• Maintain proper use of welding equipment and tools
• Follow all PPE, safety policies, and shop procedures
• Communicate with supervisors and QC to support production flow
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Minimum 1+ year of structural welding experience
• Hands-on experience with GMAW (MIG) and FCAW (Flux Core)
• Ability to weld in multiple positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Experience working with structural steel components
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to pass the following weld tests:
  • GMAW (MIG) plate test (2G, 3G, and 4G)
  • FCAW (Flux Core) plate test (2G, 3G, and 4G)

• Experience operating mobile equipment (forklift, man lift, etc.)
• Experience with fabrication and structural assembly
• Familiarity with inspection processes and quality standards

• Full-time, direct hire position
