This is a high-impact sales role focused on driving new business acquisition and expanding strategic enterprise accounts across a fast-growing market. You will be responsible for positioning advanced cloud networking, AI-driven infrastructure, and security solutions to large enterprises and public sector organizations. The role requires strong consultative selling skills and the ability to engage senior decision-makers, including CIOs and CISOs. You will operate in a performance-driven, partner-led environment where collaboration with internal teams and external ecosystem partners is essential. Success in this role will come from your ability to manage complex sales cycles, deliver value-based narratives, and consistently exceed revenue targets. - Own and develop a defined territory or vertical, driving new business, revenue growth, and subscription-based targets.
- Build and maintain strong C-level relationships across enterprise and public sector accounts, influencing key decision-makers.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, forecasting, pipeline management, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with solution engineers, partner teams, and marketing to execute joint go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
- Position cloud networking, SD-WAN, switching, wireless, and AI-driven platforms to solve complex customer challenges.
- Manage multi-stakeholder, partner-involved sales cycles while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- 10–15 years of experience in B2B technology sales, ideally in networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise infrastructure.
- Proven track record of hunting, closing large enterprise deals, and consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of enterprise and public sector markets in India.
- Established network of relationships with senior IT leaders such as CIOs, CISOs, and infrastructure heads.
- Experience in consultative and value-based selling with strong storytelling and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC.
- Strong ownership mindset, accountability, and ability to work in a collaborative, partner-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
