This is a senior, high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling a next-generation Marketing Operations function powered by AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making. You will serve as a strategic partner to marketing leadership, defining the long-term vision for an AI-first operating model that transforms how demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and MarTech systems operate. The role blends enterprise strategy, technical architecture, and people leadership, with direct influence over pipeline efficiency, attribution quality, and marketing productivity at scale. You will lead the evolution of the marketing technology ecosystem, embedding intelligent workflows and automation into core operations. Working cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, IT, and Finance, you will ensure alignment across the entire go-to-market engine. This is a highly visible position where your decisions will directly shape performance, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Define and lead the strategic vision for Marketing Operations, building an AI-first operating model that enhances efficiency, scalability, and pipeline performance.
- Architect and optimize the MarTech ecosystem, integrating AI-driven workflows, automation, and predictive systems while rationalizing legacy tools.
- Own governance of Marketing Operations systems, including lifecycle strategy, lead management, segmentation, data quality, and attribution frameworks.
- Drive AI adoption across Marketing, establishing use cases, measurement frameworks, and enablement programs to embed AI into daily operations.
- Lead strategic planning cycles, aligning Marketing Operations priorities with broader go-to-market and revenue objectives.
- Partner with Finance, Sales Ops, RevOps, and IT to ensure seamless integration of systems, data flows, and operational alignment.
- Lead, scale, and mentor a high-performing Marketing Operations team focused on technical excellence, innovation, and business impact.
- 15+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related GTM strategy roles, including senior leadership responsibility.
- Proven experience leading AI-driven transformation within Marketing or GTM Operations, including automation and intelligent workflow implementation.
- Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms and MarTech ecosystems, including tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.
- Strong background in building scalable operating models, data frameworks, and performance measurement systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, including hiring and mentoring technical and analytical talent.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate technical and strategic concepts into clear business impact narratives.
