At Janus Recovery Services, we’re seeking a Residential SUD Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of case managers and peer support staff, ensuring high-quality care in a safe and therapeutic environment. What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise case managers and peer support staff to ensure delivery of services aligned with Janus protocols and compliance standards.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing support to enhance team performance.
Program Oversight & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and contract regulations.
- Monitor program operations and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Clinical Coordination
- Collaborate with behavioral health and medical leadership to implement clinical practices aligned with Janus’ protocols.
- Ensure documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant with EHR standards.
Community Engagement
- Build relationships with community organizations, referral sources, and stakeholders to support client success and expand program reach.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage program resources, including medical equipment and supplies.
- Assist in developing new SUD treatment services that meet emerging community needs.
Additional Responsibilities
- Emergency response planning and protocol implementation.
- Staff training and professional development.
- Data collection and analysis for program evaluation.
- Advocacy on behalf of clients with external agencies.
- Other duties as assigned to support program growth and innovation.

Requirements:What you Bring:Required Qualifications
- Certification: CADC I, SUDRC I, or higher.
- Experience:
- Minimum two years in a substance use disorder integrated healthcare setting.
- At least one year of supervisory experience overseeing SUD counselors, peer support, or medical staff.
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, CFR 42, and CalAIM integrated care models.
- Proficient in EHR systems, MS Office, and digital tools for case management.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
- Understanding of cloud-based office applications and troubleshooting skills.
Other Requirements
- Occasional travel may be required.
