This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing & Outreach in United States.

This role is a strategic opportunity to lead and optimize digital outreach and campaign operations, driving student engagement and enrollment at scale. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, HubSpot sequences, virtual events, and re-enrollment initiatives. By leveraging data, automation, and AI-assisted personalization, you will ensure outreach is timely, targeted, and effective across multiple audiences. This position requires close collaboration with admissions, student communications, and national partners to maintain consistent messaging and maximize impact. You will shape strategies that significantly contribute to organizational growth and student success while building scalable, high-performing processes. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility while delivering high-impact outcomes for a national student network.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead digital outreach to faculty, career centers, and student organizations, using CRM automation, segmentation, and AI-assisted personalization to drive enrollment and engagement
  • Execute semester-long outreach cycles, from segmentation and sequence creation to monitoring, iteration, and optimization based on performance data
  • Manage lifecycle campaigns for admitted-to-enrolled students, testing timing, messaging, and channels to reduce drop-off and improve conversion
  • Run re-enrollment campaigns, using cohort analyses to target students for course completion and progression
  • Coordinate national virtual info sessions, including scheduling, facilitation, follow-up sequences, and conversion tracking
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, surfacing insights and optimization opportunities for leadership
  • Maintain and grow a network of faculty champions, student advocates, and national student organization relationships to amplify outreach impact

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience managing high-volume digital outreach or lifecycle campaigns, with hands-on experience building and optimizing CRM sequences (HubSpot or equivalent)
  • Strong systems-oriented mindset, with experience creating automated workflows, conditional logic, and maintaining CRM hygiene
  • Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics to iterate campaigns effectively
  • Proficiency with AI tools for personalization, copy iteration, sequence optimization, or research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of tailoring messaging across students, faculty, and institutional partners
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in EdTech, higher education outreach, or enrollment marketing
  • Familiarity with university audiences, including faculty, department chairs, career center staff, and academic advisors
  • Experience engaging with national student organizations (e.g., ColorStack, NSBE, SHPE)
  • HubSpot certification or advanced experience creating sequences and automation workflows
  • Commitment to advancing economic mobility and educational equity

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $110,000 – $150,000 per year
  • 100% remote work within the U.S., offering full flexibility and work-life balance
  • Comprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, and vision (90% employer-paid for employees and dependents), employer-funded healthcare reimbursement, FSAs, and EAP
  • Financial security: 401(k), employer-paid life and disability insurance, and identity theft protection
  • Generous PTO, paid holidays, 10 weeks fully paid parental leave, and year-end company closure (Dec 24 – Jan 2)
  • Professional development stipend ($1,000/year) and home office setup support
  • Student loan forgiveness through Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
  • Additional perks: pet wellness plans, legal services, home/auto insurance discounts, and exclusive marketplace savings
