We are seeking motivated, goal-oriented individuals for our Entry Level Management Trainee program. This role offers hands-on experience in sales, leadership development, and event marketing. You will engage directly with the public, promote charitable campaigns, and build the skills needed to advance into a management position.

• Engage customers in retail environments to promote nonprofit campaigns and generate donations
• Represent partner organizations with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
• Support in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events
• Deliver exceptional customer service while clearly communicating campaign goals
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members
• Track sales performance and campaign metrics to meet targets
• Contribute ideas to improve marketing strategies and team performance
