The ideal Office Manager for our team would be excited to develop and implement innovative methods to optimize patient experience, improve the flow of patients into practice, and create working harmonies between the front desk office and dental professional team.

SCHEDULE:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, some Saturdays

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scheduling
• Insurance
• Billing
• Accounts receivable and collections
• Treatment coordination
• General administrative and front desk duties
• Staff management
• Manage recall and inactive patient system

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 3+ year of experience of managing a dental office/treatment coordination and handling accounts
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Abeldent is considered an asset
• Must be up-to-date with current Sterilization Protocols
• Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
• Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and processes
• Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
