Landings Real Estate Group Property Managers are responsible for handling escalated resident/employee issues, marketing the properties, motivating teams, driving financial performance, and crisis management. Financial management acumen and leadership need to ensure revenue and profitability is achieved. A Property Manager’s utmost responsibility is to maintain a cohesive team environment while operating the properties at the highest standards.
