Job Summary:
RYH&W is dedicated to helping people live healthier lives. We are currently seeking a part-time Therapist/Mental Health Clinician with the potential for a full-time role or a full-time Therapist/Mental Health Clinician to join our growing team of professionals who provide on-site and telehealth support to individuals living with mental health issues and coexisting conditions. Our mental health clinicians provide clinical mental health and dual diagnosis disorder treatment to adults to support their overall well-being. We’ve expanded our focus to women’s health and wellness—an area where compassionate, dedicated care is greatly needed.
Schedule:
Full-time - 40 hours, schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am-4 pm (may include one remote workday per week, based on program needs)
Part-time - 24 hours per week, flexible days (Monday–Friday). Consistent weekly schedule required. On-site position.
Rate:
$45/hr. This is not a fee for a service position.
Requirements:Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate diagnostic impressions to guide treatment planning.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
- Apply a range of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based interventions to promote healing, recovery, resilience, and wellness.
- Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients during urgent situations.
- Collaborate closely with medical and behavioral health professionals to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care.
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and client progress.
- Participate in regular case management meetings and multidisciplinary treatment team discussions.
- Partner with the COO and Director of Behavioral Health to strengthen and expand clinic services.
- Foster a collaborative, respectful, and supportive work environment with medical and mental health staff.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Valid state licensure as an independent Mental Health Therapist; LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT required
- Knowledge of clinical counseling techniques and theories
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Practices culturally informed care
- Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred but not required
