Job Description
This position is responsible for supervision of 24-hour emergency services unit ensuring effective psychiatric intervention and stabilization processes, assessment and linkage to appropriate treatment facilities.
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Communication skills to interface with providers/community and facilitate effective working relationship
- Supervisory skills and sound management tools to facilitate staff development and growth

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related human service field with minimum three years experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of MH laws, community resources, crisis intervention/stabilization techniques, and diagnosis and therapeutic skills for assessment and treatment.
