This role is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of partnerships, SaaS growth, and co-marketing execution within a global B2B environment. You will be responsible for activating and scaling strategic partner relationships through impactful campaigns, enablement programs, and collaborative go-to-market initiatives. The position plays a key role in ensuring that partnerships generate measurable pipeline and long-term value through structured marketing operations and strong cross-functional alignment. You will work closely with sales, customer success, and external partners to design compelling joint marketing strategies that drive engagement and lead generation. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly results-driven, offering strong exposure to international stakeholders and innovative marketing practices. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic SaaS setting.

Accountabilities:
  • Support the post-signature lifecycle of strategic partnerships by maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and execute co-marketing initiatives such as webinars, email campaigns, joint content, and lead-generation programs with partners.
  • Manage partner onboarding processes and provide ongoing product training and enablement to ensure effective solution positioning.
  • Build and maintain detailed partner profiles and mapping of key stakeholders across partner organizations.
  • Lead communication and coordination for partner-hosted events, trade shows, and industry activations to maximize lead capture and conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to optimize partner-driven sales motions and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop localized and partner-specific marketing assets, including case studies, testimonials, and tailored messaging.
  • Track, measure, and report on partner marketing performance, ensuring clear visibility into KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve co-marketing strategies and operational processes based on performance insights and partner feedback.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on partner marketing, customer marketing, or demand generation within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience working with or marketing to hospitality brands or within hospitality technology is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and partner relationship management tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with experience working across global teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, international, and cross-functional environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and market standards.
  • Monthly company-wide days off to encourage rest and work-life balance.
  • Flexible remote-first work environment.
  • Budget for self-improvement initiatives and personal goal development.
  • Professional development opportunities, including cross-functional learning and internal collaboration.
  • Travel reimbursement for visiting global office locations and working in-person with teams.
  • Additional travel perks when staying at partner hotel properties.
  • Collaborative, inclusive, and high-growth work culture.
  • Opportunity to work with leading global hospitality brands and innovative SaaS solutions.
