This role is a strategic, high-impact marketing position focused on advancing the adoption of robotic-assisted surgical technologies across key medical specialties. You will shape go-to-market strategies that drive clinical awareness, strengthen evidence-based positioning, and accelerate the adoption of innovative robotic systems within the healthcare ecosystem. Working at the intersection of marketing, clinical research, and product strategy, you will translate complex medical evidence into compelling value propositions for surgeons and healthcare institutions. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. With global exposure and regular travel, you will directly influence how advanced surgical robotics are positioned and perceived in the market, ultimately contributing to improved patient outcomes worldwide.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute specialty-specific marketing strategies for robotic-assisted surgical technologies, ensuring strong positioning and adoption within targeted clinical segments.
  • Lead claims development and validation processes in collaboration with legal, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment.
  • Drive the communication and promotion of clinical evidence supporting robotic systems through multi-channel campaigns, including digital platforms, conferences, and engagement with key opinion leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and clinical stakeholders to enhance customer engagement and market penetration.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret market insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to inform strategic marketing decisions and refine go-to-market approaches.
  • Support global initiatives and contribute to the alignment of regional and international marketing strategies.
  • Travel approximately 20–25% to support customer engagement, conferences, and field activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, market development, or related roles (or 5+ years with an advanced degree).
  • Strong understanding of clinical research, healthcare environments, and evidence-based marketing practices.
  • Proven ability to design and execute strategic marketing initiatives in complex, regulated industries.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market and clinical data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders across functions and geographies.
