In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of complex Salesforce-based solutions integrated with AI and cloud technologies. You will work on end-to-end QA activities across web, API, voice, and chat applications, supporting innovative platforms powered by Salesforce, AWS Connect, and generative AI. The role combines hands-on automation expertise with strong functional understanding of Salesforce ecosystems. You will contribute to designing scalable QA frameworks, improving automation maturity, and ensuring robust regression coverage. Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to validate high-impact solutions. This position is ideal for QA professionals passionate about automation, AI-driven testing, and continuous improvement in fast-evolving digital environments.

• Lead end-to-end QA lifecycle activities including test planning, scenario design, test case creation, execution, and defect management across Salesforce applications.
• Design and build scalable automation frameworks from scratch, ensuring reusable components and strong regression coverage.
• Perform automation testing across web, API, voice, chat, and AI-driven applications, including Salesforce Agentforce and AWS Connect environments.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, REST Assured, JUnit/TestNG, and related frameworks.
• Integrate automated testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery practices.
• Manage SIT and UAT phases, coordinate defect triaging, and support stakeholders during validation cycles.
• Ensure test coverage alignment with business requirements and maintain traceability using tools like Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, or X-Ray.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and leverage AI tools for optimizing test design, data generation, and reporting.

• 2–6 years of experience in QA Automation roles with strong exposure to Salesforce ecosystems.
• Hands-on expertise in automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Provar, REST Assured, JMeter or K6.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Service Cloud, and solution design principles.
• Experience delivering at least one Salesforce QA automation implementation with in-sprint and regression automation.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid SDLC/STLC environments with strong testing lifecycle management experience.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline integration and modern DevOps practices.
• Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce, AWS Connect, IVR systems, or AI-driven testing is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
